Shipping

1. What shipping methods do you offer?

Returns

4. What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, and with all accessories and manuals included.

5. How do I initiate a return?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@signaltechunlimited.com. Provide your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Refunds

7. What is your refund policy?

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

8. Are there any items exempt from your refund policy?

Yes, all sales of "New/Used" "re-listed" "Open Package" items are final and not eligible for return or refund. This applies to items that have been returned or salvaged and are listed as such on our store. More details at our Warranty & Returns page.

9. What if my product is defective?

If you receive a defective product, please contact our customer service team at support@signaltechunlimited.com. We will do everything in our power to either repair or replace the product at our discretion, or issue a refund if the product is no longer available. We will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.

10. Do you offer warranty on your products?

Yes, all products sold by us are covered by a standard limited hardware warranty for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the normal functioning of the product. Please refer to our warranty policy for more details. Regardless of whether the warranty period is still valid or not, we will provide support and solutions to any issues you may encounter down the road!
