Written Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with a product you bought from us or ordered the wrong item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. *See below for restrictions* To qualify for a full refund in the form of store credit, the product must be unused (never installed), in its original condition and packaging, and with all accessories and manuals included. Products not in this condition will be subject to a restocking fee or rejected altogether.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service support@signaltechunlimited.com via email and provide your order number, the product you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA) and instructions on shipping the product back to us. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs and ensuring the product is securely packaged. We recommend using a trackable service and keeping the proof of postage. Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue store credit for the full amount of the returned order, including price of initial order shipping.

All returns approved by support@signaltechunlimited.com will receive a prepaid label as a PDF. If we determine that your product was dysfunctional at no fault of your own, the return will be free of charge. If the product is being returned for issues not related to warranty, you may be subject to the cost of the postage (this will be made clear when speaking with support). When packaging your return, print out the label, secure it to the package, and securely pack it to withstand a 3-foot fall from all sides.
Certain items are subject to exemption from this policy. Please ensure that the specific items you select are eligible. The following items are exempt from this policy:

- All sales of New/Used “Open Package” items (this does not refer to items purchased from our store listed as brand new and that arrived in original packaging) are final; no returns are accepted. This only applies to re-listed items that have either been returned or salvaged. All items are tested and guaranteed to function as normal.
Special Order Items
Special order items are subject to a more stringent return and refund policy. Special order items that are defective due to poor workmanship or damaged during transit are subject to a full or partial refund (contingent on the final agreement between the buyer and Signal Technology Unlimited LLC) or a replacement unit at no additional cost. Special Order Items will have an extended lead time as they are made to order. On average, anticipate a 6-8 week lead time before your item is delivered. Special order items cannot be canceled or refunded after they have been manufactured and/or shipped.
Bulk Orders
For insufficient inventory, please contact us at support@signaltechunlimited.com, where we can discuss arranging a production run. Bulk order ‘production runs’ will not begin until 100% of the payment has been received. Bulk orders have an extended lead time as products must be made to order if the on-hand inventory is insufficient. Lead times will be provided case-to-case basis as such variables are subject to the order nature and quantity. Once production has begun and/or the items have been shipped, orders may not be canceled or refunded -- all sales are final. Our standard 5-year warranty applies to all bulk order items unless specifically stated otherwise.
Standard Limited Hardware Warranty
All products we sell are covered by a standard limited hardware warranty for five (5) years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the product description. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the normal functioning of the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or external causes such as power surges. Water ingress due to product defects may be returned, subject to approval.
If you experience a problem with your product within the warranty period, please contact us for assistance at support@signaltechunlimited.com or 1-808-400-6505. We will either repair or replace the product at our discretion or issue a refund if the product is no longer available. We will be responsible for shipping defective products back to us and will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to you.
All sales of “New/Used,” “re-listed,” and “Open Package” items (this is not in reference to items purchased from our store listed as brand new and that arrived in original packaging) are covered by a 90-day standard limited hardware warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that affect the normal functioning of the product. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, normal wear and tear, or external causes such as power surges. If you have any issues with your item, please contact support@signaltechunlimited.com for a partial or full refund (as returns of re-listed items are not accepted).
Special Order Items
Special order items are also eligible for our standard limited hardware warranty of 5 years from purchase. However, they are subject to different return and refund policies. Special order items that are defective as a result of poor workmanship or damaged during transit are subject to a full or partial refund (contingent on final agreement between buyer and Signal Technology Unlimited LLC Support) or a replacement unit at no additional cost (Signal Technology Unlimited LLC is responsible for all freight costs both from and to the buyer). The 5-year warranty restarts with the replacement.
Bulk Orders
Bulk orders are subject to our standard 5-year warranty and apply to individual items in the order, not the order as a whole unless the entire order is determined to be defective (by Signal Technology Unlimited LLC) due to poor workmanship or if the item(s) were damaged during transit. Such scenarios are subject to a full or partial refund (contingent on final agreement between the buyer and Signal Technology Unlimited LLC). If a replacement is preferred over a full or partial refund, damaged or defective units will be replaced at no additional cost to the buyer (Signal Technology Unlimited LLC is responsible for all freight costs from and to the buyer).
