Order Cancellations

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. We offer a hassle-free cancellation process provided the order has not yet shipped.

To cancel your order from your email:

1. Locate the confirmation email for your order.
2. Find and click the "Edit/Cancel" button just below the large "View Order" button.

To cancel your order from your account on our website:

1. Visit signaltechunlimited.com and log into your account.
2. Navigate to your order page and select the order you wish to cancel.
3. You will find options to "Edit/Cancel" your order in addition to a "re-order" button.

Please note that cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once your order is on its way, we will be unable to process cancellations.

Special Order Items will have an extended lead-time as they are made to order. On average, anticipate a 6-8 week lead time before your item is delivered. Special order items cannot be canceled or refunded after it has been manufactured and/or shipped.
